Certified in various forms of yoga, Reiki, and holistic health practices, I am registered with the Yoga Alliance (RYT-200) and am studying with the Kripalu Center in Lenox to the 500-hour level. More importantly, I have been living a holistic lifestyle for over 30 years. I am also an ordained non-denominational minister, a translator who lived in Europe for 13 years, and a Harvard University alumna.

With many years of practice and study of various forms of meditation, yoga, energy work and other holistic health systems, I can assist you in finding your own best method to maintain health, alleviate stress, and regain peace, purpose, and joy in living.

Gentle group classes at the Old Colony Y in Taunton on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Minimal fees for attending. Private consultation fees for 1 1/2 hour sessions with personal program reference handout: Yoga Therapy (program for specific physical, mental and/or emotional conditions), private meditation/stress management instruction, Ayurvedic profiling, spiritual counseling in my capacity as a minister: $60.00. Private yoga instruction: $25.00 per one-hour class. Ongoing seminars and classes: see events calendar. Reiki treatments with individualized meditation for releasing energy blockages: $60.00. Reiki I (hands-on) and II (distance healing) private seminars: $150.00 each. Reiki III/Master (advanced techniques/teaching) seminars: $600.00 and preliminary interview. 20% discounts on all fees for all those in the healing professions; other discounts may be available based on number of lessons and/or financial situation. Wedding ceremony fees vary from $150.00-$350.00. See the Gathering Guide website for further information. 100% of proceeds go to various animal rights and nature conservation charities, such as the ASPCA, Humane Society of the United States, Nature Conservancy, National Wildlife Federation, and the World Wildlife Fund.

Locations for my services include my quiet cul-de-sac East Taunton neighborhood home, as well as my woodland Tiverton, RI home, next to a 70-acre park and minutes away from the shore. I also teach group yoga classes at the Taunton YMCA on Cohannet St., and my seminars are held as needed in locations throughout New England, as well as occasionally in Germany and Great Britain.
